Submission Guidelines
- Papers submitted to ISST must be an original article, not previously published and not under any consideration for publication. Authors are discouraged from submitting to other publications during the review period.
- Authors must follow the COPE guideline.
- Papers must be genuine and not plagiarized. Any external data/images must be cited. Maximum acceptable plagiarism level is 20% (checked via Turnitin).
- Authors are only allowed to submit articles to IOP Proceeding (including as co-authors).
- For presenters without publication intention, submitting an abstract is still mandatory.
- Payment for registration is due after abstract acceptance. Publishing fee for IOP is due after paper confirmation. No advance payments; no refunds if rejected.
- Use an active phone number and email for editorial communication.
- Any changes/retractions must be communicated to the editorial team.
